My schedule availability is limited due to working other jobs and kids but I can work with you on finding a time that will work.
I am taking insurance - Soonercare, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, HealthChoice, and Aetna. I can still see you if you have a different insurance but there is an out-of-pocket cost.
It may take me 24-48 hours to respond to some messages but I do try to be as prompt as possible.
After you schedule your appointment, please keep an eye on your e-mail. You will get an approval &/or confirmation email from me with additional directions and paperwork to help better prepare me for your appointment. (Sometimes this email goes to junk).
My office is located in Elk City, Oklahoma. My area of service is within 60 miles of Elk City.
If you would like to travel further than that for an in-person appointment, I would love to see you.
